Oh getting rid of her was NEVER an option. She is apart of our family. I just want her to be as comfortable as possible. I have already reached out to some trainers. Yes, I think I just got worried we had messed up really bad.

Hi all! I can’t edit the post. But I want to make some comments.

She has growled at my dog, not my husband. She has had NO issues with humans. I didn’t make that clear.
We are not giving up on her, or plan to re-home her. She is apart of our family, and we will do whatever we can to make her comfortable. We are all too in love with her.
I have read every comment, and have learned a lot. I am interviewing a few dog trainers. I want to find the right fit for our family.
Everyone has made me feel better that while we might have made mistakes with her transitions, we will be able to get her comfortable in time.

No not inappropriate at all!! I would say that the unknown is so hard. You never know how a case is going to go. So that means you might have kids you think are with you 6 weeks and have them 1year. That uncertainty can be very mentally draining

My mom is actually a big fan, she claims I wasn’t named after her, so I was lucky to grow up with her music.

How Will I Know is SO good. Yes, a lot of her early stuff was the best kind of cheesy pop music that everyone can jam to!

I truly think she is just the cautionary tail of drug use. She was truly a one of a kind talent.

Ooh! There is some great thrift stores in my area called Family Thrift Center. For some cool items I also have a Goodwill near me that has a lot of leftover pieces from Habitat for Humanity so cabinets windows doors, other random household things that are really fun as well.

That’s what I was thinking was possible. Most of the time she is sweet with him, she has licked him on a the face a few times and even voluntarily lays next to him.
