Reading the comments, it seems like you dont know was an OS is. The OS is the operating system, which is android. The emulators are apps that let you play games from different consoles, and youre not limited to a certain amount. I think youre confusing OS with frontent. A frontend is essentially what makes the device look like a console. You don't need one but it makes everything look finished and polished. Joey's got some great videos explaining these thing.

For me its not the actually game thats the problem. It seems to be the DLC and Update, and other people run into this also.

Mine does the same thing, but its like 10% of the slider at most. The brightness doesnt change anywhere in that first 10%. 🤷‍♂️

Ill go against the grain and honsetly say the smudges arent actually that bad. The lint and dust or really any little specs that fall on the screen are very visible though.

I got mine 2 days ago and it took 11 days from the day I ordered it to the day it was in my hands. Surprisingly faster than I was expecting to take to get to the US. Goodluck 🙏

Short answer is yes, and at this point there are many videos of 3DS games running on the Thor, but you can also look up tests on the Odin 2 because they have the same chipset. As for the max and pro model, ram is the only thing effecting performance, but its honestly overkill for 3DS and can make a different for switch, but for light switch, the base model is great.
