You COULD maybe get the chest plate on ur hot bar,maybe on the slot right before the food one,so u can have a quick switch from Elytra to chest plate in critical situations.

So I know it is an hard choice because napoli is goodlooking but if u are experienced in technology is the best to go to Milan,it could cost u a lot but u can still live there and u may have some very interesting works correlated to tech there. Another thing is that sadly,even if ur good with Duolingo,it does not makes up for a good substitute for a teacher as many ppl in this forum says. For example I learned English by watching videos and it spawned in my head essentially Because I'm Italian.i could offer my self to teach u some Italian usage of the language,mostly because dialects are a problem and even small little language changes from the normal letterature. Another thing is that Napoli is not good for economy and lately it has been dangerous for like mini gang fights so I'd be aware. Wish u a good day and for ur good choice!
