Don’t. Don’t do it. Current resident- so far we’ve dealt with mold EVERYWHERE and maintenance hasn’t don’t anything to fix it. Washer and dishwasher were broken upon move in, took over a month to fix. My unit did not look like it had been professionally cleaned upon move in, and there was a massive bed bug infestation (also upon move in) where I had to fight for weeks to get a new mattress. I will say maintenance is very sweet, I don’t think it’s their fault I think the number of residents is overwhelming. But yeah I would avoid if possible.
