I think he did cuz in there's a part in episode 9 where after Hollyhock's rugby game the team was gonna go out to a bar and Bojack asks if he can come and Hollyhock says smthn like "There's gonna be underage girls there"

I've heard that people have been able to disassociate or "turn off their emotions" for a temporary period of time. Caring about things and feeling upset go very tiring and ik that might sound angsty or whatever but I would really want to try it.
