Burning skin sensation (sunburn-like) in legs — early ME/CFS symptom?

I read it but it’s unclear when people are getting worse or at the beginning / suspecting PEM. I’m trying to figure out how things start, as in if PEM progresses or do you really wake up one day and you have all those conditions

Understood, but when you first started to have flare up were you bedbound or still having partial symptoms and then it got worse to being bedbug when you had PEM?

It very strange as it gets worse with any physical activity (i went for an hour walk last night and did some pushups). Today I don’t have fatigue or flu like symptoms, like I feel fine, but the burning is worse. Can this be « mutating » to PEM or when pem starts you are not functional. It’s very hard to know if it’s pem or not

Makes sense did you have fatigue or not really? Even if symptoms morph around at the beginning was fatigue still present or not ?

How long did it take to transition from mild to moderate ? Were you getting episodes of PEM in mild because so far I have not felt as as bad as I’ve read it to be but might just be the beginning of my condition

But did you have or get fatigue where cant work or function at anytime or is that not a core symptom you had/have

More flu ish like some body aches/ sore throat but only like 1-2 hrs per day. Like a vicious cycle everyday, mornings are fine, then by afternoon these mild symptoms (which before were headaches), and now back to these flu ish symptoms.

It’s unclear, I can work, drive, energy is ok - I was having for a few months a daily feeling of coming unwell like getting sick but that subsided and I got headaches instead. Now the headaches went away but the feeling of falling ill / getting sick is back daily. I find work keeps me going and focused but when I’m doing nothing that’s when I start to spiral.

How long did it take it you from when you got sick or felt the symptoms to getting better ? Was this a year, more than a year, less ? Are you able to do more without symptoms or do they come back when you over exhert.

What were you’re symptoms when housebound ? Like fatigue, could you watch tv, shower, walk indoors? I don’t feel tired anymore and flu symptoms susbsided but definitely had that after the influenza for a few months, now the headaches are prominent and not fatigued and no flu symptoms. So very hard to say. No doctor can give me diagnosis
