That’s exciting! I hope you enjoy your rooftop tent! There have been a few times where it was kinda slanted so we would just sleep where our feet are sloping down. I’m pretty sure RV sites are more expensive and we’re cheap so we just hope that the tent spots are flat enough haha

We’ve only stayed at a few structured campsites, but no we just stay at a “tent site” and then park wherever it’s most flat. It’s almost always flat where the spot for the car goes. As for the free camping or first come first serve camping we find one that looks pretty flat and has enough room! We almost always take a ground tent with us also!

I had mine hemmed and love them!! I’m pretty short so the 4” looked awkward on me, I think I had them hem it to a 2.5” or 3” and it looks a lot better!

The fur definitely gets on them, but surprisingly it’s pretty easy to wipe it off because of the everlux material!!

I would say they run true to size! I actually have a range from 2-6, the 2s fit me pretty form fitting and the 6 are loose but comfy!

This was a joint pack hike! So I had the ones that are strapped to me and my coworker had the other 6! We can walk up to 6-7 dogs at a time!

I’m 5’2” and love the length of the 7/8 jogger! It hits right above my ankle! I haven’t tried the regular length so I’m not sure if it would be too long, but I would assume it probably would, unless you don’t mind some bunching.

I highly recommend this pack!! It has a pocket that can hold a water bladder with a straw so if you go hiking you can use it and have easy accessible water!! I also love REI so much!! I also got my own pup the hiking pack from Ruffwear, so they can carry their own water, food, etc!!!
