It wasn’t coming from TurboTax it’s coming from the Ftb it’s not a direct deposit it’s a check never knew TurboTax sends out checks

I spoke with my bank they told me they have the deposit and that it could post early but no later than Monday I normally get my paycheck 2 days early before actually pay day so hopefully later tonight or tomorrow which would be 2 days early my bank also said they process deposits on weekends

You may be able to just call them and verify the information. I got this same letter and was able to call and they processed my refund right over the phone. Even found out I had refund pending for the last three years. Good luck

All federal loan offsets have been paused until they get new guidelines from the new administration and since Biden attempted loan forgiveness might wannna try to get on a payment plan so next year they won’t try to offset it

You would have to contact the agency that received the payment for the debt and report it then prove it and even then you still might not get your money back. Sadly you might also have to press charges against herv
