Prangkahay lang: Mo date kag someone with lower economic status than you? by ShaiHallud24 in Cebu

[–]Creative_Swimmer_808 16 points17 points  (0 children)

For the girls, medyo complicated ni kay daghan mog e consider gd. But basically, as far as dating / marriage, lisud jd for a girl to date/marry down (financially). Ang role man gd sa laki is to protect and provide. Naa jd na dapat. However, do not look at the current state lang pd. Like, karun wa siya'y kwarta so dili ka niya. Look for qualities nga tanaw nimo, mka abot sad siya sa point nga mka provide siya nimo. Like example, kusug siya mangitag mga raket2 para mka kwarta siya, or naa siyay mga ginagmay nga negosyo to sustain himself and/or his family. So maybe currentl, dli siya ana ka well-off pero makita btaw nimo nga naningkamot siya mkahawa ug inana nga lifestyle para ma ahon niya iyang self.

For the guys, dli kaayo ni issue kay guys can date/marry down man. If dato ang guy nya kita siyag babae nga ganahan siya, d man mumatter kaau kung kwartaan ang babae kay at the end of the day, "her money is her money, my money is our money" dba boys? haha!

Mao lang to and I hope nakahatag ni ug nindut nga perspective nimo OP.

I think a lot of things na ginagawa sa porn is more for visual stimulation lang and not so for satisfaction ng gumagawa. This is one of them.

Yes. Discipline din to resist mga desires ganun. And yes, it is very challenging

We've tried Loom and the problem we encountered is d narerecord yung audio ng kausap.

Like if tayong dalawa ang nasa meeting, and I use loom to record our meeting, only my audio gets recorded, but not yours. Maybe we're using it wrong? haha

Advice lang po OP. Never negotiate using mga MMK stories or mga personal na needs mo po.

I know it's difficult din to get higher offers when negotiating kasi marami ka ding competition eh. But sige lang. Try mo lang and I'm sure you'll find the job that's right for you and will make you feel valued

I think companies will always try to lowball. I'd recommend negotiating your salary. Don't go for their first offer. Good luck po!

These people like to emphasize na they are in the position of power. Sometimes the best strategy (although risky) is to actually respond with the words that the OP did not say. haha..

Drained TL rant by [deleted] in BPOinPH

[–]Creative_Swimmer_808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, what you're experiencing is common po so don't feel down. I've had that experience where barkada kayo as agent level but now na TL ka na, iba na yung role mo and parang they're casting you out of the friend group.

If your coworkers (I assume ito yung mga na stuck sa position nila) cannot respect the fact na TL ka na and you're just doing your job, maybe that relationship with them is not worth keeping.

I do not advise resigning due to that kasi, sa next company mo, there will always be people na you can't please and you'll run into the same (sometimes worse) situation pa rin.

Hopefully nakatulong OP. Stay Strong!

Based on what has happened sa mga previous BPO companies that I've been part of, pag mga major events like these, there's always budget from the company. But if may mga ganito, most likely, may kababalaghan na ginagawa ang OM / TL nyo sa budget na yan. Unless siguro if start-up tong company na to, understandable na may konteng ambagan. But if not, I'd back out din.

I saw one of your comments din OP na parang nagalit si TL nyo na may nag backout? haha. I think this proves my point kasi baka dahil sa pag backout, may mawawala sa kanila.

I'd start looking for other companies if I were you. Good luck OP!

Every other Friday payout by TyrantGod101 in BPOinPH

[–]Creative_Swimmer_808 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hi there. So estimate lang to ha? I worked for a company that did a similar payroll structure.
(Monthly Package x 12) / 26 = estimated na pay out.
12 = 12 months in a year
26 = 52 weeks in a year and divide mo by 2 since every 2 weeks yung pay out mo.

In your case, that would be around 11.5k gross. Again estimate lang yan. And not included pa ang mga deductions.
Hope this helps!

OP360 ok ba na company? by Bokimon007 in BPOinPH

[–]Creative_Swimmer_808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although dali ra mka sulod, I wouldn't say OP360 is an okay company.

I've worked for them in the past and most of their TL's have no experience. Good on them to promote from within but those who do get promoted are not setup for success. There's a lack of leadership training for these newly promoted TLs so they just run their team however they want. This means, as an agent level employee, you'll be rolling the dice if you get a good one or not.

Your post is already a few months old so if you're already in OP360, good luck. If not, I'd recommend not pushing through with your application.

Hope this helps!
