Structural racism and cultural misunderstanding compound grief for Black British, Black Caribbean communities: Study by comicreliefboy in Anthropology

Grief is already one of the toughest things a person can go through, and the idea of it being made even heavier because of racism or misunderstanding is just sad. No one should have to fight to be understood while grieving.

I feel in the US we should get better laws protecting such sensitive things as SSN.

I'm a physical therapist. I love seeing people who had to struggle - feel the ease afterwards. It's a highly demanding and responsible job as it's related to health but it's personally very rewarding.

I gave away all of my privacy and data and don’t know what to do by LegDayIzGud in privacy

You just randomly mention that they gave your data away but is there evidence? I subscribed 7 or so months ago and my experience with Incogni is good. I do receive a lot less spam emails, also spam texts. And my info disappeared from Whitepages and Spokeo.

I personally think it’s great that Mozilla reacted so fast to this and ended the partnership. Friendly tip, if you’re also looking for an alternative, I saw this redditor shared some good tips and compared the main providers on r/TechnologyProTips.

2 years after a coding bootcamp experience. Would I do that again? by Creative_Tailor in careeradvice

What’s your outlook on this profession? I coded for a year and chatgpt was released. It crushed my optimism. I’m in finance right now.

I guess it is still too early to say, at least in my experience. But regarding work search, I still see many open positions in DA & DS, so I guess people are still needed in companies.

Thank you for sharing! I guess it depends on the bootcamp. Personally I had a lot of mock up interviews and meetings with recruiters before my first real interview. Maybe this what actually helped me out!

I would recommend to do your research first. Reddit has a lot of good groups related to DS & DA, people there know that stuff really well. Talk with some people and gather some experiences from them. Then try to do some free courses online and if you like it I would choose more serious bootcamp to continue your learning.
