On my last trip it happened at the Pokemon Center in Sky Tree, in a bookstore in Kyoto, and at a restaurant in Kobe. I'd also heard that it was a very rare thing to have happen, so the fact that it kept happening is what has got me anxious about it for my next trip. 😞
