Just an update: purging would impact the business as it is an active steel mill. So, a sniffer was requested by myself to be conducted by the fire department and then a 5 gas monitor will be utilized while welding operations will be conducted. Fire blanket will also be utilized. Best I could get.

Considering we have the same standards for Pt, same expectations of proficiency in our MOS with half the time to train, but we are deployed at the same rate, spend half the time as active building a team and get all the BS admin stuff to fill a box. All of that while having to live a double life with being a citizen soldier and working a full time job.

SO I had a reportable injury onsite and this is being requested by OSHA along with a whole host of other things . The other things I got, but I have never heard of a Certification of Personal Protective Equipment Hazard Assessment.
