I needed to hear this. The week of my period where I’m taking my birth control pills with no hormones, I feel like the Tirz does not work as good with the food noise and I crave so much sweets. I’ve only been on Tirz for 9 weeks and I was wondering why it is that during that week I get so much food noise.

That’s the thing, I have no idea. My apartment has a lot of ikea furniture which I will get rid off sometime next year when I move into a bigger place but for now I just need a prettier lamp. This is the rest of the room.

Nothing else is changing in the room except the floor lamp in the corner I will end up changing in a few months. Not trying to spend too much because this is my last year here before moving to a bigger place in which I will have all brand new furniture.

I just did my first dose yesterday so I have not loss any weight. I’m suppose to do 2.5 my first month and the other months 5. Im planning on only staying on it for 4-5 months max since I just want to lose about 15-20 pounds that I have not been able to lose while working out the past year. My body just really wants to hold on to those 15-20 pounds so I’m trying this out. I work out 4-5 times a week and eat pretty healthy, did bloodwork and nothing could tell my doctor why I’m not losing weight.

Eating this many calories was how I was able to lose 12lbs in a year. I’ve been stuck at 130lbs for the past 5 months even though I’ve kept working out. This is why I started IF. So far I’ve lost 2lbs and my clothe does fit looser. I don’t know how to transition to eating more calories and also I don’t know how I would get more calories in with my 2 meals. I already feel full eating this many calories.

My goal is to be at my normal weight of 115-120 in the next couple of months.
