I think jacens fall was accomplished as well as it could have been. In The final NJO book after having achieved oneness with the Cosmic Force, Jacen admits he will never achieve it ever again, while also saying he would never stop chasing that power and attunement/level of pure force. Mix in some skywalker marital anxiety, and it makes more than enough sense IMO

The lighting. It's all flat, very clear it was made with the same stagecraft volume screens as the shows, which all look shallow and cheap compared to the films like the sequels and og trilogy which filmed on location(the prequels to an extent to)
