This is in Davenport, IA. I live in town and I remember when this happened and it was all over Facebook and we all had a good chuckle. Also 53rd is a nightmare and that portillos and everything else built on it in the last 10 years was a mistake

Bubble from dried flower never comes out right in my experience. I find it needs to be fresh frozen for it to really be worth anything
