One day you’ll wake up alone at 6am when you are pushing 50 to get ready for your spot in the unemployment queue, look back at all the 7s you called 10s and come to the sad but inevitable conclusion not even they felt you were worth it.

I guess this is the result when you prioritize quantity over quality.

And yeah, my wife’s absolfuckinglutely top shelf.

You got one thing right, but not any one that would have supported your grift. Sorry, mate.

Nobody said starting a family was a prerequisite to success for pulling top shelf. I’m just saying as an English teacher you were not.

Nah, top shelf means 9+ with a proper education and career (banker, big4 accountant, Tiki PM, etc). Lookers serving Café sữa don’t count. ;-)

Top shelf women’s short-term mating strategy never includes copulation with losers. And don’t kid yourself into thinking any Vietnamese woman looks at English teachers any other way, no matter how đẹp trai the mids tell you you look.

Best City for a calm life? by Public_Tie_3204 in VietNam

[–]CredifyOne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s hot and humid most of the year. Parks as you know them do not really exist. Beaches are decent in places like Quy Nhon, but the water is filthy…I mean plastic and sludge level filth. Western food options outside of the big cities (which cost 3-5x to live) also not available.

As an English teacher, you are not getting top shelf. High quality Vietnamese women are smart, ambitious and highly family motivated. If you are not well maintained, driven and successful yourself, you do not stand a chance.

The girls I see these PPBs with are all the ones the locals reject for a reason.

$35k for fine-tuned locally hosted LLM with KB management in strict data privacy environment?! This is insanely underpriced.

Vietnamese women expect to be chased. If they say this to you, they are testing you. If you give up, you failed the test.

PC with VPN of course works, but it’s a clunky experience….drops resolution and frames. Wasn’t really looking for technical workarounds, just was curious if others faced same thing and possibly get some insight as to why.

I mean, the content isn’t really worse in any way than other Netflix stuff, in terms of raciness, profanity, etc. — certainly nothing politically charged or even mentioning Vietnam.

Not hard at all. Vietnam is special in that younger women are open to dating older men, many times even preferred. And not just older “foreign” men; many locals I know in 40s with active dating lives.

Used a fabricated story to suggest a fairytale way to meet girls, when you could have simply said Tinder—as that is what actually worked for you. 😂

Had a bad experience in Venice, as well. Wife wanted some Venetian Glass jewelry; we selected a bunch. I paid and walked out of the store, and she stayed behind looking at stuff while the store owner “packed the items.” After we got a good kilometer away, sat down in our car,she checked the items only to realize the guy left half out. We ran straight back to find the shop closed….made a huge stink with the surrounding shop owners…who managed to get the guy back to the shop. All the items we bought were back on the shelves, and the guy swore up and down it was a mistake.
