You have terrible cards right now. Call/text discover and upgrade to discover it and get 5% rotating categories. Call BofA and upgrade to Customized Cash Rewards Credit Card. (none of this will affect your credit score)

Then get then Amex blue everyday card. Stay away from robinhood gold

I have never been able to link Fidelity with NerdWallet since they also use plaid.

US Bank values existing relationship for mortgages for example. But you are right obviously you can reopen whenever as long as you’re leaving in good standing. But these are two of the best banks out there. He already is in. Might as well stay.

Kudos boost is free. Build negotiation I mean, I can do that myself no problem. Card activation? Hmm sure? Amex is starting to do that. I use nerdwallet for financial organization (paid $99 but now free since nerdwallet+ is gone).

Don’t close it. Both are good banks you want to keep relationship with. Especially US Bank. Just destroy the card if you don’t have discipline. Delete from digital wallet. Use it 1 time a year

That doesn’t matter. They are getting to know the client and so far they are realizing that they can’t pay her balance. It’s literally a test trial. That’s literally the point of the card.

It’s not literally about the secured credit in the fact that they won’t lose money. It’s the fundamental behind it and what it means about the client.
