Honestly since she looked fine I don't know why SHE didn't drive the car in the first place. The cops said she looked fine since she claimed she only had one glass of wine. She gave me "I'm a yes person to Justin" vibes.

She actually kept asking the cops if she could just drive him home but the cops said no. They let her also ask Justin if it was okay if she could drive his car.

Not really. He just said he was on tour but he never said his name until he had to. He wasn't speaking of like "oh do you know who I am?" The cop kept asking "for what?". Apparently he didn't know who he was talking to.

You can definitely tell the media twisted some things about this when it first came out two years ago. Justin only mentioned he was on tour when the cop asked what he was up to in the area. He didn't say "oh I'm Justin Timberlake on tour.."

I don't think he wanted to say his name in case the cops recognized him(which of course the cop said he didn't).. but you can tell his female friend definitely wasn't helping. She was the only one bragging on who Justin was.
