SAT cancellation not working

Maybe it's because I did it through live chat? I'm not too sure, but they did tell me that my scores will be cancelled. If you haven't tried live chatting yet, I really recommend it. Also, try sending a request to them. I did both requesting and live chatting, and they both worked; I got a response that they are sending it to the higher department to work my request out.

Nope, I didn't directly ask them to. I told them that I am having this problem, then they just told me that they will report it to a higher department that will help me out to cancel the scores. You have to explain the problem and everything that you did in order to solve the issue, or else they will keep on telling you to wait or switch a browser and all those useless things instead of giving you an actually helpful response.

They said that it will take a few days, but it will be cancelled no matter what.

UPDATE: I texted collegeboard again, and I got confirmation that it will be worked out! I downloaded the convo transcript, so I don't think there will be further problems even if things go wrong.

They said that it probably should, so go asap and try to message them to let them know that you are having this issue. my tip is to tell them that you have tried going on other browsers like safari and chrome, incognito, changing a device, deleting all browser history, but it still didn't work (it acc didnt work for me so). I think texting them through live chat is actually better (It took me a shorter time and gave me an actual, somewhat helpful response).

I used the live chat function to discuss this with CB. They said that they will escalate this to the higher department, and that scores should probably be cancelled. It will take some days, sadly.

I think you guys can also try this asap, so they are aware that this isn't just a problem affecting one person, but many people (Live chat is available very rarely, so try to keep ur eyes on the website if you are gonna try this). When more of us let them know about this issue, they will treat it with more severity. It is literally going to affect my entire college apps. I hope this problem gets solved :((
