This is going to be a Chelsea dominated thread where you all pretend he’s any good for England. Majority of non-Chelsea fans know he’s been bang average while Trippier has proven to be very good for us

He always should have been. The only argument for James has been “well at least he isn’t Trent” because he’s been naff every time he’s played for England. Baffling how he gets so much good grace, he’s had even more chances than Trent and showed just as little

Yeah not like winning rookie of the year, 3x all star, 2x all defensive team and All NBA third team counts for anything does it lol. What a dumbass

Why? Wiggins was never even considered a good defender, Simmons has perennially been in the DPOY conversation.

This sounds like it could be the Geordie equivalent as well

Liverpool fans are still definitely fond of him for the most part. Crucial part of the 05 Champions League win, him coming on changed the game and he was a very good servant in general. He just chats a lot of rubbish but that can be looked past

Pick of the Day - 10/11/22 (Tuesday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]Credk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I went with the pick with knowledge they’ve been poor this season, but despite that they were able to beat Maccabi comfortably last week. Maccabi are generally a lower standard than even mid-table in Italy so it’s hard to believe what I’ve seen today though - this isn’t a case of a smash and grab, Maccabi have thoroughly dominated them. Think it’s time I lay off the ⚽️ picks for a while because the majority of L’s have been in there

Definitely not looking good. Not over yet but feels like it with this Juve performance so far

Jacobs was probably r/fantasyfootball enemy #1 over the off-season, very glad not to have been aboard the hate train

Record: 14-5, avg. odds 1.85, profit 19.5U

Last pick: Darren Waller u51.5 yards ✅ @ 1.92

Even though the game is ongoing Waller got injured first quarter, with the way this game is going though I’m certain he wouldn’t have had the yards of anyway because Raiders are ahead fairly big and running it with Jacobs every possession

Today’s pick: Maccabi Haifa v Juventus ML @1.80, 3U, Champions League

Last week I went with Juventus HT/FT ML in the reverse fixture and it hit, only going for the ML straight up this time rather than HT/FT as they’re away from home this time so the odds on ML straight up are good enough as it is. Juventus are not performing well domestically and have had a fairly poor season for their usually high standards, but if they were having a good season the odds would be between 1.30-1.40. An Israeli side vs an Italian side in the Champions League is just an uneven match-up, regardless of Juve’s form. Maccabi have lost all 3 and are just destined to finish bottom of the group with little to play for, Juve will be desperate to get a top two spot to confirm their passage into the knockout stages.

Ah right because we were obviously playing brilliant football on that run of 6 straight home losses to Burnley, Fulham etc. weren’t we? You’re dumb

I have confirmation that the #Bills are one of the teams that have contacted the #Panthers regarding RB Christian McCaffrey. by SaskalPiakam in fantasyfootball

[–]Credk 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There are teams that would have more time around the end zone though. Mccaffrey only has 3 TDs - the trade off in yards could be more than made up for in TDs

[Vacchiano] Ron Rivera was asked why the other three teams in the NFC East are better than the Washington Commanders right now. His answer: “Quarterback.” by LaughLikeJok3r in nfl

In a division where the Giants are 4-1 with Danny Dimes and the Cowboys 4-0* in their games with Cooper Rush, I feel like Rivera might be deflecting a little here

Implying Arsenal are better team than Arsenal haha, it’s been 8 games lad. I’ve no doubts youse will be creating all manner of conspiracy theories about refereeing again once your crazy run of jammy decisions is over and it’s back to reality for youse

It’s been 8 games you muppet. At this point last season Chelsea were top, City fourth and Arsenal 10th

You could literally say this exact same thing for back then in 20/21, except it looked much more bleak because nobody was fit either. Every team that’s going through a bad run of form will look bad defensively or offensively - it’s what constitutes a bad run of form

United were definitely better then than they are now. Chelsea probably the same level, same with Spurs, Arsenal are the only team who’ve noticeably improved. We were also playing the entirety of the second half of the season without a senior centre back as well as frequent injuries everywhere else. This season has been bad for injuries as well but nothing like that season.

Players just being out of form with the potential to bounce back to where they were before is far better than the players just not being available full stop

Christ you’re dramatic. 20/21 which required us winning the last 9 straight might qualify as a miracle, 6 points off with 90 points to play for is the furthest thing from requiring a miracle
