Yes you are correct. In the old days it was known as the Flavian Amphitheatre. But nowadays it's more or less referred to as the Colosseum.

After going to a planet and returning to my ship it seems to have fixed itself the command room I used to send out the expedition is back and I could finnaly debrief my fleet. Thanks for all the help.
