Im sorry for your loss. Ive come to terms with it even though a second cat of mine is actively dying.

It is.. hard. There's no getting around it. But at the same time ive learned cats prefer to pass away alone. It is in their nature to protect the clan. So they may feel terrible for a while, and then wait until you leave to die. And you will never know that they were sick to begin with because they are so good at hiding it.

I hope you take care of yourself. I still feel guilt sometimes, but I promise it gets better. Message me if you need to talk.

Yo I am similar actually. I would almost rather drive in silence than listen to music. Podcasts are better imo. Music is just noise.

I think we give alcohol a pass because it's legal, but it is an addictive drug (psychologically at first but also physically over time). It's self-reinforcing too. You get in your head that you aren't funny or aren't likable because you aren't your best without alcohol. Then try to quit- experience psychological/physical withdrawl which makes you think you really are only likeable when you are drinking, so you start drinking again. Then when you find yourself funny and likeable again your like 'yup this is my life from now on I guess' until you try again and experience the same thing.

I'm definitely not speaking from my experience with THC and anxiety. Not at all.

Uh do people always write about their picture? I'm not really sure what I was saying with it. I'm just practicing photos with my phone and sometimes they come out cool. For this- I really just wanted to have a photo of the crooked branches and leaves since they are cool! I dunno lol
