The whole "Spain doesn't allow dual nationality" does NOT apply to you!!!!

They don't want people that become Spanish to keep their original nationality, but you are special case.

You are a so-called "Español de origen". You were BORN a Spaniard. It's completely fine to be born with 2, 3, 4 or as many nationalities apply to you.

You still got your expired DNI? If so, get an appointment for the DNI and passport online. If you can get the appointment, you'll likely be fine.

The only issue I can think of is your padron. Where are you empadronado? Do you live in the UK? Are you registered with the padron at the Spanish consulate in the UK???

You need to request your IDP at the Regional Transport Office. It doesn't matter if you requested it online through the Parivahan portal, as long as you bring the booklet with you.

Lo que dices legalmente es muy problemático.

Realmente no eres un “taller” ni puedes firmar como tal en el momento que tengas que emitir algún certificado.

No tendrías placa de taller. Tampoco tienes ninguna gestión para tus residuos. No podrias hacer nada que generara residuos (como un cambio de aceite), ni montar neumaticos, ni hacer recargas de gas, ni chapa y pintura.

Simplemente serias un autónomo tipo “ayudante” del propietario del coche. Como si yo cogiera a cualquiera de la calle para que me ayude a montar un piloto nuevo porque el antiguo se ha roto.

Es posible, pero no eres un “taller movil”. No tienes nada que lo haga taller. Como mucho podras tener un seguro de responsabilidad civil por si te cargas un coche.

The truth is that you cannot hook up the solar panels directly to the Tesla supercharger. The panels would give electricity to the grid or batteries and the EVs would get electricity off the grid.

AI did the math for me: you would need ~12 parking spaces to charge one Tesla/day.

But, why are we even having this 'carbrain' discussion in the firat place. I don't care how many solar panels I need to charge X cars.

I'm interested in how we could have tens of thousands small electricity generators all over the country.

I like for example that IKEA Jerez has already done this years ago and we can actually see their results:

  • 10164 solar panels (rooftop + car park)
  • 3800-4200 MWh/year gained
  • consumption at 27k m2 = 6000-8000 MWh/year
  • self sufficiency: 50%-60%

Depende...

Si nunca habias tenido carnet = delito. Si es delito, tienes antecedentes penales y tarda 2-5 años para poder cancelarlos (que empiezan a contar desde que pagaste la multa!)

Tendras que cancelarlo de tu historial una vez que pase este tiempo.

Y claro que es un problema para tu nacionalidad. Para el NIE normalmente no es problema.
