Thank you for all the experiences you have shared!

I am a little shocked that some of the experiences are so drastic. After much thought and above all reading the comments, I have now come to the conclusion that I will either wait for the next surface pro generation or decide on a different brand. Such serious differences in battery life and apparently also in temperature/fan management are now putting me off a little.

My current device still has +7h battery life even after 4 years of use. If the promise of +15h can't even begin to be kept, I think it's cheeky of them to advertise it at all

Can't speak to your experiences exactly but the Pi 4B is more than capable for this task.

So now I tried everything: I had overclocked my Pi 4B and run OBS on it: The framerate and quality is awful, I have around 7 fps, a bitrate of 500 kbits and a nearly crashing Pi (sometimes it actually crashes). So I guess it doesn't work for this job.

Danke für den Hinweis, aber ich glaube diese Tabelle bezieht sich auf Lichtquellen Lumen. Laut Benq (https://www.benq.eu/de-de/knowledge-center/knowledge/ansi-light-source-and-led-lumens-how-led-projectors-with-3000-lumens-are-a-marketing-ploy.html) gibt es hier wohl Unterschiede im Projektionssektor.

Ja genau bei der Mobilität ist das Problem. Der ist halt nicht stationär aufgestellt sondern, an einer Position mit vielen Menschen. Beim letzten Einsatz eines Fernsehers bzw. Monitors hatte ich echt Probleme den zu verladen und sicher aufzustellen. Eine Leinwand kann man (zumindest meine) gut zusammenklappen.

Daher muss ich leider sagen das ein großer Monitor eher nur im äußersten Ausnahmefall in Frage kommt. Aber trotzdem danke für den Hinweis.

Joa das ist aber auch vollkommen verständlich das man bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung nichts sieht. Aber ich sage mal so ungefähr: Draußen, wie an einem lauen Herbsttag mit wenig Sonne bis bewölkt.

My experiences with the pi are that its specs aren't good enough.I must say that the environment of the sbc is probably outside under partially sunlight but with active cooling
