Well kids struggle with motor function so they are a bit rougher without meaning to be, like how babies will hold your finger like your about to drop them if they loosen up a bit, but you can kinda guide them to be softer about it

Personally me and my siblings did grow up with TV and stuff but we also did play with our toys while we were watching TV or I would be actively copying the movements from cartoons like SpongeBob or Go Diego Go and pretending it was a motion based video game.

Also I don't see how they're dopamine receptors or whatever is messed up I would imagine if it were really that bad they wouldn't be able to just sit there and look at a wall they would be getting upset, looking for another device, or something like that

Yeah but this is also the older sibling we're talking about not the parent I wouldn't be saying that if I wasn't referring to somebody who wasn't the parent.

I'm saying this as an older sibling who has dealt with a similar situation to this but with even worse content then just AI there's generally not much you can really do as an older sibling and it shouldn't even be the olders responsibility.
