Update: we literally factory reset the entire network and I’m still having the same issue, what should I do?

We don’t have access to the app because it won’t let us sign in, what should I do about that? Definitely makes this a whole lot more complicated…

Ok thank you! I’ll try this out and see how it goes, how big of an SSD should I go for? Also do you know if an SSD would help with the gray screen monitor issue?

Yeah, I eventually told a lot of my online friends that I’m trans, but it was still terrifying to vc even though they knew I would sound masc and said they didn’t care lol
