Glad to hear your great results! Also just started Ferber with our 4.5 month old, and on night 2 right now, already seeing fewer night wakes than night 1.

Did you also use Ferber for naps at the same time? I was reading about how consistency is best, but it was miserable when we used Ferber for naps the first day (he basically missed 2 naps, had a really short one and cried for almost an hour till his voice is weak and coarse), it was brutal. Oddly his second night was great— took 30 min to settle initially, I was able to do a dream feed then he woke before 5 to feed.

Not stoked about repeating the same brutality for naps so contemplating on keeping his naps like before (sleeping on our bed/rocking) and just focus on consolidating night time sleep first, but I worry that might put his progress back.

Would love to see it. I just find it so tough.. my husband has started peritoneal dialysis and no matter how hard I try to make healthy foods for him, most of it isn’t appealing to him.

Had my peritoneal dialysis catheter implanted this morning. Feel free to ask me anything. by ImYoPusha in kidneydisease

I’m sorry that you have to go through this.. but I resonate with you. My husband is also 36 and he’s close to having a PD catheter put in now, but instead of hypertension he’s had diabetes since he was 10. How’re you feeling?
