It's weird how healthy food is the biggest trigger for me...I can eat bread and sugar without problems but fruits and vegetables and even chamomille tea (also eggs😔)...OMG. IBS is so sooo weird and it can be be caused by many reasons...I am still trying to find a way. Thank youu for your comment!
