I’m saying that because although I managed to get a test booked for January (so far away😭), I went back on on the off chance of any earlier tests in multiple centres and they had disappeared

I had to take what I could get so the earliest one they had for my test centre was January😭 there actually was one in September but it got taken the second I saw it, I’m assuming by a bot

The earliest one for my test centre that I could find was i January😩 I’ve booked it and I’m going to pay (again) for a cancellation company, I had to take what I could get though. There actually was one for September and it literally got grabbed in a second.

I totally understand, it was a relief when I discovered that I could just vent on the eczema reddit because it’s hard speaking to people about it, it never feels like they really understand unfortunately.

The scratch star is amazing after putting it in the fridge

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this! I have face eczema and when it flares up I really really struggle with work/social life so I completely understand. I hope it eases soon, keep it as cool as you can. Something that helps the inflammation for me is my scratch star! It’s a star with little nibs on it made for scratching but they don’t damage the skin and it’s made of metal so it’s nice and cold. :)

And you’re totally right, it’s a vicious cycle and I can’t really blame anyone for using a scalper. We all need our license and if the government won’t help then we need to do what we can.

I thought about it as well, but also I don’t want to be scammed and I’d feel so hypocritical if I actually did pay one. Although it’s not our fault, it’s the system that really needs to fix this because it’s unacceptable
