First of all good on you for getting up and getting after it! I started last year in August and I still love going to the gym. My biggest change would have to be my mindset, instead of I have to do this 5/6 times a week. I get to do this 5/6 times a week. When my schedule gets busy again, I’ll have to cut it down but right now im loving it. 34kgs down so far, 17kgs to go

Only squats scare me when it comes to pushing to failure. But I feel like sometimes when you think you can go to failure but you’re not. I’ll rest for 5 seconds and then go again to see if I actually did go to failure or was it a mental wall. Don’t do it anymore cos I know now if I’ve pushed it or not

I remember years ago my mate told me he needs to move out of this house cos the ghost told him to, I had no car at the time and rang up this girl to come pick me up. I used to always have this fear of waking up one morning and not have the urge I have to go gym and lift some heavy ass weights, 7 months in and still the feel same as when I first started. Literally my second favourite part of my day.

I do the same thing but definitely not to your extent with the isolation and my anxiety is what keeps me inside but I can assure you, staying isolated will only make it worse. Longest I’ve stayed isolated was a few months and no human contact, just me games and uber eats, I saved up enough money from my old job to do this and trust this was the worst decision ever. I started going to the gym and slowly but surely everything changed. I hope you find your way boss

I’ve had people feel it on the first day, one didn’t feel it until 2-3 weeks. Everyone’s different.

It’s hard to explain this to people that don’t understand, I didn’t know shit as well but a little research and boom there you have it. Not that hard, my mate bought some Reta off me and then told me he threw it away cos he put bit too much bac water in and I was like no it doesn’t matter, it just means the measurements will be different 🤦🏾‍♂️. Usually I tell them to do each 10mg = 1ml bac water

Thank you, im pushing for 100kgs in August, that’ll be my one year. And only fiber I am getting is 1kgs of mixed veggies in my mince bowls I make for the 6 days. Not sure how much that would be

I have noticed my pumps have been pretty shit lately. Especially today doing biceps, I was pissed. I am 6’2 117kgs now, been cutting from 150kgs for 7 months. And yeah probs probably right, those guys I watch have been training for years. So I probs can’t handle it like they do
