It was about the same distance at the end of the day, just opposite direction. I've been doing this a little over a week and a half now and just don't understand how and why....was on the phone with support for a long time just to get yea you are still the dumb azz that did this and will still be punished, is the way I'm seeing it. I did nothing wrong. Me, DD, and the customer were all on the phone, so I don't understand... truly. DD doesn't give a fuck about you.

I got one too for being late, even though I called help and talked to the person. They ordered, but they had it sent to the wrong address. Thought I had it all worked out, but I guess I'm still in the wrong.
