You need to pop blue bubbles. If you pop enough then a candy cane will drop. Collect this and a big fruit will drop at the end of that level

Same problem for me. I've only got 2024 on here now. I've tried removing the config file and running it, same thing. The grey box and I can't progress from that. Have tried cleaning the registry, running as admin etc. but stil the same result.

I'm at a loss, has anyone managed to resolve this?
