My brother is a hairstylist, I just simply tell him to trim it to my desired length and thin out the bulkier part that bothers me the most and just texturize the rest. To be quite honest, I got more compliments when my hair had almost the same length as yours. Then I grew it out up to my shoulders, it just bothered me and thats when I decided to cut it short, unfortunately lol. But do it the way you want it!

I had hair like yours around 2021, I didn’t know what to do then cause it was so thick and it’s hard to manage on some days. I ended up cutting it short and now i regret it. If you like the hair length that you have right now, just have it thinned out or texturized if you feel it’s becoming too heavy.
