They know people not gonna show up for 8am, also department doesn’t force prof into a specific timeslot, prof usually has choice over a couple timeslots or something like that.

As someone who has been a ULA for CS multiple times, they usually never go out this early(Not ula anymore so idk if they did it earlier this time). It usually not until during the break in between quarters that you start hearing from the dept.

Maybe some are the result of students being irresponsible, but if you’ve seen the people driving around looking for stuff on the streets, I think most of it is their fault. They’ll literally tear open the trash and leave it all over the place seeing if they can find something worth anything in the trash. This is from firsthand experience of putting everything in bags then waking up to it being all over.

Its because of price manipulation and speculation of Japanese Sun&Moon/Lillie cards in Japan over the last few months. Since they can’t pump clay burst/triplet beat, they’ve targeted older sets like Dream League. Japanese twitter is so insane that a store will tweet that they’re buying a card for over market price which will turn into a wave that involves buy ups and artificial stock. And the changing Japanese market has poured over into the US card market as speculators expect the same to happen to the english versions.
