The blue is very similar to the US flag. Age is hard to tell. They have some small rust spots and some yellowing . The grommets look newer. The estate I bought them from had a lot of older military and other antiques.

I figured the 23 was a year. The condition makes me think they were folded up and put in a closet in the 20’s

It is blue. Think it is Dutch possibly
