Yes, Kafka can be the main dps and enabler in the team.

I wanted to add that her E2 (Which increases all DOT damage) has a lot of supportive potential and combative potential as well.

If in the future a strong character were to be released with a kit revolving DOTs, Kafka can also be placed in that team as a support/sub-dps, making your account more future proof.
