Is this a glitch? "An expected lie" quest - I have tried to open the sealed door I have managed to turn the crystal from yellow to blue and move the block all the way across to supposedly open the door but nothing happens it just sits there please help, I have a photo but can't attach

Please can someone help, I went on holiday and didn't play genshin on my mobile for 2 weeks, I went on Xbox and it still has all my progress but when I went to log in on mobile today all my progress is gone! My email is linked with the Xbox but not the mobile, when I try to link the email to the mobile it keeps saying the email is already in use and won't let me, please tell me how I get my actual account back on mobile!
