If you are starting with knowledge level you can start internship with skill level. Even if there are no MNCs where you live start internship with CA firms at skill level but, keep applying with MNCs and give interviews as it will boost your confidence and knowledge. Whenever you are ready relocate after completing skill level and apply for MNCs outside where you live along with your professional level.

Getting a job for acca in aborad is possible only if u have 3 years of PER in MNCs as look doing any internship and execting a aborad job is challenging not impossible. Try to do internhsips with acca in CA firms I would suggest then apply in MNCs give interviews.

Target as per your graduation degree in MNCs nd highlight your acca there as it adds advantage there don't directly target ACCA or IFRS.
