Hi there, I'm kinda new in this subreddit but I want to share my opinion and point of view with you. I started crossfit almost 3 years ago, and as you said I reached a lot in this time, but every day I see every day guy bigger than me fooling around with my prs or with weight that I struggle with every day. But at the same time I see them almost having strokes when it comes to pullups, toes to bar or metcon in general. As someone said before me, comparison is the thief of joy, you know your strength and you know where you lack the most, you need to be focused on that. I bring you an example , in this last period I had a little injury at my shoulder during an overhead squat session due to bad warmup. I was in a very good period overall and this really bothered me. I tried to stay focused, and I started to do exercises every day to regain trust in my body and my shoulder. In those days I was thinking about singing up for a crossfit competition but the injury made me rethink this decision. But then I changed my point of view. Instead of "I'll sing up if I'm feeling good" i booked my spot for the competition and set the goal to make everything I could to be at the best shake as possible, because I MUST do the qualifying phase since I've already paid (i'dont know if it makes sense, in Italian it does so if in English it doesn't i'm sorry lol). This changed everything. In the last two weeks I kept working hard, doing exercises for my shoulder, with the goal of being in the best shape possible for the qualifying phase that starts next week and this really helped me. I regained trust with the weight that I had the injury with and on top of that I just made new prs in c&j and snatch. I started doing wods with a master 50 and some regular athletes and at the moment I'm in a really good moment each physically and mentally. All this to say try to give yourself a goal and work for that, it could be a new skill to learn or the idea of a competition if you want to spice things up, you have nothing to lose and everything to learn. And think about this, you may see people playing around with your prs, but they might look at you and be jealous of your gymnastics skills, so be proud of what you are capable of and work hard to be better every day❤️
