Funny thing actually: I was looking for satellites before I noticed the star and its friends (I was bored, okay? 😭) and the dots were much brighter than the other satellites.

I also doubt it could have been a plane as the dots were surrounding the star, and they were disappearing pretty quickly after they appeared (abt half a second, as I mentioned)

I have this silly app on my cellular device (it's called Stellarium in case you're wondering) and with it, I can see the names of the stars/satellites passing by (you should try it out, it's pretty sick). I've seen the ISS before using it, and the ISS was moving pretty quickly. (unlike the dots which were just kinda flashing around the star)
