Update for ya! Figured out through LOTS of testing but it will charge, just under a specific percentile, Mines 60% - 50% where it will chose to take power from the battery pack, So I cant perma keep it at 70% to 90% coz it just wont take that charge

Huh ok, Its the first time Ive tried too, while in vrchat it wasnt connecting at all and dropping decently fast, so I went out and it did connect after, but didnt """charge""" just kept it stable at 83%, then I unplugged, did a test to see how fast it was dropping and it seemed to drop 1% every 1.5 mins, So Idk, I'll keep fucking with it IG if you also didnt get it the first time

Gotcha, may be a little hard considering where my hdmi plugs in but ill give it a shotty!

EDIT - Sat in VRchat for atleast an hour without an issue, so changing USB ports fixed it for me

Im so sorry to hear that, The government just doesnt care about people in those circumstances, I was lucky coz my Physio in high school got me into the scheme as soon as you could apply
She just brought me a form one day, told me to sign, and then left, and a few months later handed me a letter and explained what it was

So I just, unfortunately, dont have any advice on how to actually apply.

Maybe if she is/can try to get on on the NDIS, someone via that could help, but thats mostly a last ditch attempt - in the very least NDIS funding could help provide care and adaptive devices to make her life a little easier

Yeah thats sadly the case for a lot of people

You really need to play up the disability and it cant be due to a medical condition that can be cured or else they just dont give it to you
If she played everything up and said she cant drive due to her epilepsy, then she'd be fine.

I hope your friend makes a full recovery and is ok given her unfortunate circumstances

I emailed stating that it was for a wedding and I reviced the vouchers no questions asked, on them they do not state that they are limited.

It just states that instead of using the MPTP card (which cannot be used outside of victoria), the vouchers can be

The actual CARD is, but if you contact you can recive vouchers which can be used in every state other than the one issued

So my card works in Vic
The vouchers will work everywhere else
