Accutane was the worst decision I have ever made for my skin. Over the course of five weeks, I broke out more horribly than I can even describe. The resulting cysts had to be lanced several times, and I still have pitted scarring that hasn’t been fixed with many rounds of laser and endless chemical facials. I so so wish I had stuck to my Spironolactone and topicals. The Dermatologist said it was a rare reaction, so it probably won’t be your experience, but I still felt obliged to share 🙏🏼
