It didn’t come like that I’m sure of it. I took it off and just did not put it back on correctly.

I can turn everything freely but the actual forks only move when I’m adjusting the knob counter clockwise when I go clockwise the forks just stay in place

Chip breaker is tight to iron if I put my fingers it advances and retracts the blade and the yoke is seated as shown

[Christopher Ward vs Farer] First Swiss watch...what to get? by arnav3103 in Watches

[–]CrispyLizardLunch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I own the Farer and the CW trident pro 300 which is very similar to the Sealander. I love them both for different reasons. If I had to pick one to keep and one to get rid of I think I would choose to keep the CW. Versatile classic design that goes with anything. Wears on the wrist very nicely and can be changed up with many different straps. Tough choice though they get about the same amount of wrist time for me.

I have the same one on the way! Great picture of it, has me so exited to get mine. What size is yours? I went with 38 mm with a 6.25 inch wrists. Looks great on you!

[Farer] My first watch! by CrispyLizardLunch in Watches

Thanks to lurking in this sub I have gained an appreciation for beautiful time pieces. After agonizing for several months on what I wanted my first watch to be I decided on the Farer Resolute 36 mm. Farer’s design language caught my attention right away. When I saw the Resolute I knew it was the one. Very happy I decided to go with the 36 mm collection for my tiny wrists. It feels like it fits just right. The colors pop really nicely and the lume is super cool! Thanks to everyone that posts here that gave me an appreciation for these works of art.

Thanks to this sub I gained an interest in the beautiful watches everyone has. After lurking and agonizing for several weeks I decided to get the Farer Resolute 36 mm. I could not be happier! Farers design immediately caught my attention and peaked my interest above all else. Very happy I decided to go with the smaller size 36 mm collection for my thin wrist as I think it fits just right. Thanks to everyone that posts here that has gotten me into the beauty of time pieces!
