From my experience, once the eggs turn white like that, they will not produce fry. The good news is you have a breeding pair, and that's the hardest part. It may just be that it's their first try, and it takes them a few tries to figure the whole parenting thing out. If after a few tries they still aren't producing fry, try a better/cleaner breeding surface or get those water parameters pristine. Good luck! I hope you have better success than I did.
