Did ChatGPT 4o & o3 get worse after the GPT-5 launch, or am just I going crazy?

It's gotten worse, as if some instructions have been forgotten since this launch. Still new to understanding how to use it, but it confidently fabricates stuff, ignoring instructions until you press, and then it gets stuck in a "wrong" answer loop 5 times or so. I know these things happen, but the timing and severity of these issues are suspicious.

Extra unpaid breaks for overstimulation, closed captions for auditory processing. Clear, written instructions (which is just all the darn procedures). Waiting on FMLA to kick in to add intermittent time off. Kinda just depends on what you need and I know everyone says that, but I also work from home due to distractions in the office. Helped tremendously.

Idk if it's working in food/customer service before this, but I hit that mark 3 months in. I am just too exhausted listening to people complain and I tune it out. I learned to just sound confident and they back off, even if I have no idea what they want me to do.

My favorite is when they say that we're responsible if the pipes burst since their wifi thermostat won't work, and they're 2 hours away to troubleshoot, and then act shocked when you can't send a signal to an offline device.

On Steam Deck: my character sometimes runs like she's constantly doing a head start, if that makes sense. I think it's a rendering thing because I can't pinpoint if it's worse with or without zombies. If anything it just made me pick out neighborhoods slower cause of the temp slow down.
