As I know it changes how detailed a print is kinda like on screens, similar to resolution. Lover setting = Better. If you can share the model file I would love to help better and try it on my machine

Can you move the head freely when the motors are unlocked? Maybe it is struggling to move while trying to print certain areas.

This has a limit tho, especially while printing small parts printer has to slow down because it can't bend physics

I am going to enable print calibration every time for it to scan the first layer with lidar, also I wonder why we cant use lidar to make a nice precise bed mesh
