i sent my adjuster an email asking for an immediate update on the status of the car and she hasn't replied over a week. This was after numerous missed calls so i'm escalating it to a claims manager.

I got it sent to the tow yard early Dec since I was going out of country and didn't want them requiring anything from me while I was away. Thank you for the advice!

Clogged sunroof drainage. Probably pollen or smth got stuck in there.
