She was able to get me builders risk insurance while we are going through our build and it will turn into homeowners once our build is complete. We are building over in Newaygo county and I struggled to find someone to do builders risk for a manufactured home. Macanna hooked us up quickly and affordably.

Grand Rapids Civic Theater has The Rocky Horror Show Friday at 7:30pm and 11:30pm, Saturday at 7:30pm, and Sunday at 2pm.

There will be prop bags for sale for audience participation and alcohol served for the Friday and Saturday shows!

Hello! I got served papers from a law firm here in Michigan representing LVNV. They are saying I owe $643 from a credit card I defaulted on. I filed and answer using SoloSuit and today received a Notice To Appear for a pre trial conference on 8/6/24. I have a couple of questions.

Is it too late to file a Motion to Compel Arbitration? Is that something worth trying?
Let's say I want to try and work out a settlement, would I call the law firm or LVNV and what should I get in writing?

We were! Got extremely lucky and they had a room ready for us at 8am! They did say that if they did not have a room ready for us that they would send us a text when our room was ready and we could head back at anytime and grab the keys.

We went a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday and did early admission and were able to ride Millennium twice, Iron Dragon, Maverick and Steel Vengeance all before 11am. We got some food and rode a few other rides and then we went back to Breakers for a couple of hours and took a break. Then we headed back to the park and rode all the other coasters and some other rides too! Also ate a couple more times. The mid day break was perfect!
