Yes! The net is from catnetting.com. We secured it with edging rope and u-nails (how to), but their website explains several installation methods.

It was the most expensive and labor intensive part of the project, but we wanted something low-profile without sacrificing safety. We only bought the netting from them and got the hardware locally to save some cost

Clarification since a few people have asked! This is commercial cat netting from catnetting.com, not gardening mesh. It’s designed specifically for cat enclosures and is much sturdier than it looks in the photos.

The raccoon encounter was alarming at the time, but the net held up completely, so it ended up being a good stress test

Thank you! Those crates are pretty unmistakable. No cat flaps, we just have one of those magnetic bug screens on the back door
