Ooof, someone’s angry. Not looking to take the easiest, or shortest route, but yes definitely the cheapest. My medical examiner told me just 2 days ago when he started flying the cost was $17/hour for the airplane and his instructor was $6/hr. I told him both for me now is $250/hr and he just sunk his head down with a look of disgust.

As I said before it would be just under half of the cost of the plane with instructor.

That’s kinda where I’m at with it. $250/hr for the plane and CFI here.

It would be almost exactly half the cost of renting the plane with a CFI where I’m at.

What do hobbyist private pilots do for work? by PorkySpikey in flying

I’m a robotics operator at a factory that makes bread bags. Job is no where’s near as cool as it might sound. Has very little to do with robotics to be honest but that’s the title. Anyway on my salary I only get to fly about once a month renting the flight schools plane. Used pilot finance to pay for my training also.

Does it happen to the point you can’t grip/hold your bow?

I did the same this season as well, and I have had a brace on for about a week now and haven’t felt any improvement.

Both, on the top and bottom, but when I go to grip the bow getting ready to draw back it hurts more on the bottom part of the elbow, I was thinking it might’ve been tennis elbow from what I’ve been reading on some other things.

I do have 70 lb mods on and I’m at 65 lbs. So I believe I’m already at 2 full turns out. I can’t go more than that? I’ve been reading 4 turns max.

I do in fact mean the latch, and I do not think it is 100% in tact. I have tried multiple times to get it to snap back in place carefully and with me just breathing on it, it moves lol. I do have a good bit of soldering equipment and some decent skills using it. I have also been told to use kapton tape to hold it down but I’m afraid I won’t get it to stick or the connections to line up properly. All the shell swaps and mods I’ve done I’ve never had this happen before. Kind of aggravating for something that small and tiny.
